  We are currently in the process of buying a car. We have spent every evening and weekend for the past 2 weeks searching for a car for myself and my son. My husband has been online every night looking for a suitable car, we've been pressured into leaving two holding deposits...one at a Pulman garage, one at a Citroen garage. Citroen have been horrendous and we are still waiting for the holding fee back. Anyway, last weekend we went to look at a car and I gave my husband the wrong address, we arrived at Ian Whites in error....or so we thought! Turned out to be fate! We were meant to be viewing a Corsa, but instead my husband said there was a nice Astra. I was reluctant but didn't want it to be a wasted trip so I went to have a look, turned out this Astra was THE CAR we had had in mind all along. IMMACULATE, low mileage, reduced that very day! We were lucky enough to meet with Ian White himself ...and what a lovely, GENUINE and patient gentleman he is. Relaxed, calm, pleasant and doesn't reek of desperation to make a sale. He is currently on holiday but has remained in touch with me to follow up on the process of the sale. I will be picking my new car up tomorrow and have no fear that I will receive first class service. Such a refreshing change to be buying from someone that I feel I can trust. I will leave another review after the purchase, but I am sure it will be 5 star!!
